The use of personal datum
Under to what is stated by the art. 10 of the law 675/96, we wish to advise that the personal datum of our clients are kept in custody in special lists which consents us to surply price lists and special periodical publications. The use of this datum is retained electronically and maximum reservedness and security is garanteed. This consists in all the operations forseen by the art. 1, comma 2° letter B of the law. We thus confirm that such datum will not be given to third parties nor spread abroad. We also inform the clients that they are able to exercise all rights provided by the art. 13 of the law, which allows confirmation of the existence of this datum and a possible vision, updatement, completion or cancellation.
